 In 1998, Larry recognized the need for plastic welding training in the USA and Canada. Plastic welders have typically learned by following the lead of other welders who have been in the business for years, or simply learned on their own after purchasing a plastic welding tool. In the USA and in Canada there are no plastic welding standards for fabricators to follow.

We can evaluate older BAK and HSK  extruders for possible repair or will accept older units to use for parts. 

We will pay for shipping to our facility

DOHLE/BAK EXTRUDERS


To all of our Dohle/BAK customers, if you have any machines that need to be upgraded (New Drive motors either Blue or Green) or any other non-generic Dohle/BAK parts we need to get them ordered soon, we do not know how long Dohle/BAK is going to support the original Dohle/BAK machines. Their new machines have a different drive motor.

Preheaters we can change out by rewiring the new ones. ThermoCouples are also different but I will order all that I can to keep them in stock, and Digital Temp Regulators I will have and can reprogram others to work.

If you have a skeleton machine, I will be more than happy to pay the shipping costs so we can all use that for other repair parts.
